Many times I get asked who I use for repairs and what not here locally since we have rehabbed 100′s of houses here in Brandon and Jackson MS and I like to give good refferals if some one does a good job for me .  Honestly the one guy I have been working with for years that I can say I trust and have never had a problem with is Morgan Springfield of Springfield Heating and Air.   If you need a a/c contractor in the madison, jackson ms area then I would definitly recommend giving him a call.   He just launched a website with his contact info on it at htt://www.springfieldheatandair.com.

so far I can brag and say I have never lost a property management client as of yet….. so I say that to say … you won’t be disappointed….

Lately there have been some property managers in this area that have been getting into alot of trouble with the real estate commission for either managing properties without a license or just doing bad business……
