Property Management in jackson Mississippi

Management Terms are as follows:

Rent is late as of 5^th, 10% late fee
10% Mark up on maintenance— Materials and Labor
You have the option to have the rent and security deposit either mailed to you via check or deposited into your account every month
We will email or mail you a spreadsheet with current information (rents, management fee, maintenance, etc) on a monthly basis
One time $250 lease up fee and a monthly10% management fee once units are occupied. This is one time per year in other words if someone moves out before the first year is up there will not be another lease up fee charged for that year.
Properties will be rented on a 1 year lease agreements
We attempt to pay off or just remove tenant if not paying before filing eviction. We will handle eviction if necessary fees will be covered by you and any agreement that is negotiated will be final only after you agree and tell us to proceed.
The Management Fee is 10% of Rent per Month.
If you desire to terminate this agreement for any reason just call and let us know that you will be using other property management.
If For any reason Integrity Home Solutions Property Management decides to terminate the management agreement we will do so with a 30 notice and work for that 30 days to transition to another property management company that you desire.
